PADI IDC Staff Instructor is the first level in becoming an instructor trainer.

A PADI Staff Instructor can teach PADI AI courses and assist Course Directors with IDC and Instructor level continuing education.

Working with our Platinum Course Director you will audit a complete IDC and develop your assessment techniques.

You will also be required to demonstrate an exemplary level of diving skills and diving theory knowledge.

All our Staff instructors are invited to complete a gas blender course free of charge and are offered techinical training at a reduced rate.
